Solar LED lamp semiconductor wafer consists of two parts, one is a P-type semiconductor, in which holes dominate, and the other end is an N-type semiconductor, which is mainly electrons. But when these two semiconductors are connected, a P-N junction is formed between them. When a current is applied to the chip through a wire, the electrons are pushed to the P region, where the electrons and holes recombine, and then energy is emitted in the form of photons. This is the principle of LED light emission. The wavelength of light, which is the color of light, is determined by the material that forms the P-N junction. Different wavelengths of light have different effects on plant photosynthesis. Plant photosynthesis requires light with a wavelength of about 400-700 nm. 2. 400-500 nm (blue) and 610-720 nm (red) contribute the most to photosynthesis.

The red-blue ratio of LED lights is generally between 4 and 1≤9≤1, and usually 6≤9≤1 is optional. 5. When plants are supplemented by plant lights, the height from the leaves is about 0.5 × 1 meter, and continuous sunlight for 12 hours and 16 hours a day can completely replace sunlight. 6. The effect is very significant, the growth rate is nearly 3 times faster than that of general natural growth plants. 7. Solve the problem of insufficient sunlight in the greenhouse in winter, increase the content of chlorophyll, anthocyanins and carotene required by plants for photosynthesis, harvest fruits and vegetables 20% earlier, and increase the yield by 30% -50%. Improve the sweetness of fruits and vegetables and reduce diseases and insect pests. 8. LED light source is also called semiconductor light source. The wavelength of this light source is relatively narrow, and it can emit light of a specific wavelength, so the color of the light can be controlled. Irradiating plants alone can improve plant varieties. 9. Although LED lights have low power, they are extremely efficient, because other lights are full-spectrum, that is, there are seven colors, and plants only need red and blue light, so most of the light energy of traditional light sources is wasted. . So its efficiency is very low. On the other hand, LED lights emit the specific red and blue light required by plants, so they are extremely efficient, which is why LED lights with several watts work better than tens or even hundreds of watts. Another reason is the lack of blue light in the traditional sodium spectrum and the lack of red light in the mercury and energy-saving lamps. Therefore, the traditional light source has a much worse fill effect than the LED light, which saves more than 90% of the electricity compared to the traditional light source. The running cost is greatly reduced.
